Well, he did post it correctly in Off-Topic. That counts for something. It sounds like a memorable quote from somewhere.

My stance on the ward is that it's part of the spell and is thus "immaterial" and undamagable. That's also how I view Regulus's mines. If the wards is tweaked to be damagable, the mines should be too, and to allow them to be damaged, units should have to walk directly over them to trigger the mines (they are mines after all, not proximity bombs). This way, any Demigod or unit that can see the mines will be able to disarm them.

I'm seeing the same issues here. I stopped being able to quote several days ago. I thought it's just a passing forum bug. If I attempt to use the quote button, it indents the selected text in the reply box instead.

The parasite egg suffers from the same problem. This has been mentioned before, actually. We'll have to wait patiently while other more critical issues are sorted out.

That sounds like a long break indeed. What happened yesterday anyway? We organised a chat on XFire and were all ready, then you failed to show up in the game. We kicked players repeatedly to save a slot for you until we couldn't wait anymore... :(

He was very active in posting not so long ago though. They do have a QA team, the random Demigod bug must be something that simply doesn't work in the live environment somehow.

darkn3ss17, it would make your posts a lot easier to read if you would format them properly like everyone else. That means proper punctuation and white spaces. It would also help if you express your opinions with more tact. Right now, the two posts you've made encourages people to either ignore you or attack your ill expressed points in defense of what many of us believe is a a great effort by GPG and Stardock so far, well deserving of the praise they're receiving from

If you ignore the sarcasm and ridicule in that FAQ, wouldn't you agree that there are large gaps in consistency in the movie? The show delivered exactly what Michael Bay wanted to: less talk, more action and I watched it knowing full well what to expect, but still couldn't help rolling eyes at the many instances where it looks like things were set up in a certain way just to give the show more room to show off more explosions and special effects. The suspension of disbelief has to be
Missed you guys yesterday evening. Arrgh. (I was in the middle of a panthenon game by the time you started, I think).
I think more than one of us spammed you with messages using the UDP-ish in-game chat. :P We needed one more guy for a 5v5 and with you in it I think it would have worked. Yeah I agree with Evil_Gia. I was skeptical at first about XFire but after using it, I'm sold. Get on XFire and we'll be able to talk to you in and out of game.
Should I enjoy losing games? and not just losing games, but being tortured for 30 minutes as I know I'm going to lose, and I can't do anything about it. This is my problem? Imagine you are being executed. You are strapped into the chair, the executioner has his hand on the button, the priest has given you your final blessing.... then wait 30 minutes. That's what losing in DG is like.
You can try convincing your team to concede but, only after trying to organise some for

Of all the Demigods, I've used QoT the most. -Pod- is right. Her role as support is not to be underestimated. I typically go for the minions + ground spikes build to get Goddess of Thorns late game. In a team battle, ground spikes not only gets rid of all the creeps from their side, it also damages and reduces the armour of the entire enemy team (if you've positioned her correctly). Minion builds are weak against AoE enemy Demigods though. She definitely needs to be a lot more cautiou

Teams being stacked and poor team mates result in, more often than not, a poor gaming experience but why are you guys blaming the game for it? DotA is like this, Unreal Tournamet is like this, I'm sure World in Conflict is the same, hell...even Gunbound is like that. It's simply the nature of competitive multiplayer online games. Players are going to do everything in their power to stack the odds in their favour in the competition. Why is the game at fault? Sure I wish to win to have

Just try to coordinate your efforts with your team mates to the best of your ability. You cannot expect premades to go away, that's common to every online game of this nature with good reason. People want to play with their friends, it's obviously more fun to do so. You can do the same or even arrange a premade vs premade match if you wish. Also, 10 games isn't a large sample size, making your "test" inconclusive at best. About being able to tell who is going to win, it does s

Told to quit Pantheon games? Custom games I can understand, but for that to happen on Pantheon games is over the edge. One thing's for sure, players didn't like "slow" pings since the dawn of high speed internet gaming. It's nothing new, and so isn't rude players. We can just organise our own games and play with people we know online. EDIT: Just had 2 more games yesterday, first one 5v5, next one 4v4. Both had players dropping out. It's definitely an issue. The first one even ended wi
So guys ... I guess it's redicolous to purchase a game as a finished thing of work if the main parts of it for example the multiplayer sections don't work. people get paid to create a Game. This is nothing new and more important nothing difficult. People call themselves programmer ... I can't understand why ... and i can't understand why they earn money for nothing ... Some people even support this shit as they say it would only be a beta-game ... HELLO!!! ... do

I've so far experienced one clean CTD. I've witnessed others drop out of my games due to similar crashes too.

Yeah it's certainly a lot better than before. What do you mean by how the "option" works? EDIT: Just tried a 5v5 today. It works! It was a mixture of Singaporean and Australian players. I have to say, this is a significant milestone in our Demigod gaming experience. Pity two guys dropped half way (I suspect CTDs) and the victim team soon conceded. It was epic good fun while it lasted though. If we can have more 5v5s I'd die with no regrets (and respawn for secon
ZehDon and SyDaemon - however the unfortunate truth is that many of this bugs have fairly simple solutions. It's not that I don't understand priorities - It is my opinion that bugs that affect gameplay balance in a mp focused game should be put on highest priority. And I think we need to let the devs know that these bugs are affecting gameplay. Letting GPG slide with not fixing bugs like these for 4+ months will not help either them or Demigod.
I under
