Sort of attack flag, preferably with date, for coordinated attack, as always, determined by slowest ship. Defensive flag could meam patrol area, or target that should be protected. "Don't even think about getting there" flag could scare away low-level ships, set to auto-explore. It could be cool being

I agree if they keep more or less the same kind of mechanics that way when people play the game they will know what to expect. Rather than buying a game that was radically different than what you expect. That has been my ideas all along of enhancing the game concepts instead of changung them.

Wait I thought about your delima. Let's say tactical combat was an option. I hope it would be turn based. On multiplayer this would be an option for the person hosting the game not the individual player. The games that you would be trying to join could state whether they have it or not. This is one viable solution to the problem assuming this is an option. It it were turn based I would play this.

I think a possible compromise would be to allow you to change the settings globally or for each combat situation it would be your decision. I would want this turn base, but I would also want to be able to set this in the beginning and not to worry about this. I probably going to have to occasionally change this. The problem I'm not sure what tactics is. I would like to have at least a better looking combat viewer. Honestly I like to run a civilization. I consider combat part

Some of these comments don't make sense like the Mac has always been known for superior graphics to the P.c. Yes until the Mac went to Intel processors it was a microcomputer. P.c. was a name given to the I.b.m. microcomputer. The reasons why people still cling to the P.c.'s is that they are easier to upgrade, program, and the non propriety of software and hardware. According to one survey half the computers use Linux on the planet. Just three years ago I was solely using a di

A colony ship holds 250 million considering the Enterprise holds only 10 thousand this ship is huge. I would think this is closed to a imaginary migration that takes place over months while the actual number is 10 thousand original colonists. Which is bringing a more realistic scenario where the original colony is 10 thousand what should be implemented instead is planetary migration this should probably be private.

Wll if we are talking about the storyline then the Drengin don't want to occupy Altaria because of dark energy. I hope the Drengin will be better on the game than what they have been so far. Altarians versus Drengin. Altarians colonize more planets. Have better economics. Better research. Drengin had bigger fleets. Somereason Stardock took that away from them. Game wise I will take the Altarians. Hope the Drengin will be better in the next game.

My post dpes see, to stall sometimes. It could be sped up. I would like it easier to make an avatar. I mean why does everyone not have an avatar, and couldn't we use a section on picture making on this site. I would also like to see a selection of pictures to load as a avatar. I would like to see it shrink down the picture instead of requiring you to shrink down the picture first. About other things they didn't make it easy to find and download mods on the game.

I agree with reply 18. For the most part I agree with how the game does colonies except that the classes of planets that were less than 5 didn't do enough, and that the governors didn't do enough. Also to set my governors I had to do this for every planet. The reason why this was a problem us that I would have opted not to have the auto update option this got in the way. I would also like to que in the small planets with terraforming on while the big planets with terraforming off. Thi

Wow I agree I want to also be able to build ships and improvements at the same time. 100/100/100 basically would be the same as 34/33/33 One thing I would like to see differently than the previous game is that when you build an improvement instead of deviding points. The right points should be added in the right place. I never liked the loss of points on a fovus anyways. One thing I didn't like about the colonies is that they did not do enough when they were class
