I think the species need to be more fair. I don't like to play a species and feel that I'm handicapped because of the species I play. I'm not saying I want them the same on the other hand I don't mind playing different species different ways as long as the Ai can also play them too. They can be made where u have to play them differently, but when you play the strateg

If you don't mind I'd like to make a suggestion for a game. I like the concept of spore, but I didn't like how they did the game. What didn't help I was visualizing a 4x real time stradegy game. I think Galactic civilizations has better ship customization. I would like to see the tribal stage combined with the prehistoric era from empire earth and virtual village. I would like to see the civilization stage more like empire earth 3, rise of nations, or civilization world from f

The point of when Jesus was actually born doesn't change the point of the holiday, or why he came to earth. Actually it would be closer to about 1800 years than a thousand years before he was born when these prophesies came from god, but you probably don't realize that the devil is trying very hard to twist everything that god says. If we are both right on the dates then that means that god came up with prophesies before the devil started twisting them. The prophesies came way before

I would like the ability to automate this just in case it becomes to tedious. I would also like to know why I can't set a empire wide tactics where I can do this only once if I decide, or maybe for specific ships. I wouldn't mind having an empire wide setting for one type of ship, so if I change my mind after I build the ship. In case I realize my tactics does not work to change my tactics later. I also would like to have a default setting for this just in case I don't want to dea

Well I like the Civ games. Since we are talking about space I would recommend Galactic civilizations 3. It is turn based, but if you ever was going to give one a chance this would be the one. When you get Galactic civilizations look for Autum Twilight mod. It helps improve the game. I'm looking into distant worlds it seems to have potential. Both games are exploration space stradegy games. Distant worlds could contain 1400 solar systems. One of the problems with real time stradegy

I think soecialized tech trees are a good idea that at least provides a variety. I would like to see a better balance in the next game. I prefer to use civics instead of government techs, but if I can't do things this way. I have an idea on governments inspired by the Yor tech tree. Instead of the standard tech tree; I think the ending techs for evil races be communism. I think the Korx should have Obliarchy. I think the Thalans should either have Monarchy or a confederate government. The
Well, for one it relalistic to research multiple topics. I liked the randomness of Master of Orion that you gave funding into a certain field and got results thereafter. Its actually more slow irl to just focus on one field. We could have super warp engines but still communicate via smoke rings... I know GalCiv will be more straightforward than that and will have a set tech tree with x ammount of techs that you can research. But it would b

I've posted a site specifically about mines so we can take this conversation to an appropriate site, and stop hijacking other posts.

Merry Christmas. Lets not forget that Jesus was born to die for our sins. Cause god knew that we could not serve him and get to heaven on our own Instead of serving god through a grace of salvation that he gives us we either try to please god by our works or we do whatever we want. That why god knows we cant be good enough to get to heaven that is why Jesus was born to die for our sins, but god has given us a choice to serve him. Remember if a sinful man turns from his sinful ways then his si

I like the idea of researching techs down multiple paths, but I don't want to research each path at the same time. This is acceptable, but not better. This would remove the purpose of letting players choose their own techs. I would like to research multiple techs while it would still not cover all the paths. I like the idea of research points. For the most part I don't want a que, or I would use the quo sometimes and not others. The reason why is situations change.
My main beef with multiplayer in a turn-based game like this, is that it seems like they would have to water things down to keep the game flowing. I'd hate to lose any of the cool features we'd expect from a Galciv game, simply to accommodate multiplayer.
I agree don't change the mechanics for single player. Hotseat would work the same. I've spent hours of fin playing civilization with friends I had a desktop they didn't. We can't lan. I want to do that again with another game I love Galactic civilizations 3. I have a friend who wants to play with me, but can't because of single player we love the game. I can tell you that I will use it. Overreacting I don't think so. I wish I could do something, but can't. I feel really disappointed. Please reconsider hotseat.

I also have two understandings of that definition. One I wouldn't want is real time stradegy where there is no turns where everything is timed instead. There may be a variation of this. The other I think is a good idea at least in multiplayer is where it is turn based where you end your turn when you are done except everyone takes their turn at the same time, and then the computer or server computes the values at the end of the turn. I like the second idea for multiplayer. As far
