I always like espionage; just don't have anything to add. This reminds of Star trek undiscovered country when they trabsported aboard a Klingon vessel and assignated the ambassador. Transporters is one way to make boarding possible. Also U could drill through the hull with a ship of equal speed. Tow the ship home and fix it. U would gave the cargo intact that u could use or sell. This was done in starwars in the books.

I'm not sure how to do it, but this reminds me of when I started playing this game. I felt back then that the way they did the planets was to limited. I was used to Civilization 4, and I am not talking about the way they did their space mod. Because that was a worst way to do things. What I am talking about when U clicked on the city a different screen would pop up. This would get bigger depending on your culture. U would have people represented by your nationality. U would place them on

I guess having a search option for 1 kind of buildings to tell u haw many u have and what it does is not so bad. This city idea kind of reminds me of civilization 1 call to power where when your civilization got enough culture then u could choose from a list of options for buildings, and then u could build that buildings in all your city. That would be one way U could consider that. The influence version of this could work either in one of 2 ways. The first would be it would take a mi

Wow I like this idea. This reminds me of when the Japaneese bought all our scrap metal after world war 1. I guess a rebuilt ship would not be as good as a new one. I never could understand why the Dominion of Korx or the Drath didn't have this technology. The Yor probably hack into the computer better, and maybe the Iconians. This should be researched with a tech or build with a superproject. I think this should improve your research. Remember this wouldn't just be for someone at war

I think this is a good idea. Always make things better. Hi. 1. Different sizes and kinds of stars 2. Solar systems move faster than the planets going around a star. Stars orbit around a black hole. This would affect how fast a spaceship would travel, but I don't know the physics behind this. 3. The galaxy in Galactic civilizations is a little unrealistic stars are not usually yellow but red. There are dual stars. These r stars that come in 2,3, or 4 with a common c

Hey wait I'm not trying to change the current game elements. I'm really am not understanding where this is coming from. I'm actually confused. I want to keep this turn based stradegy. I want interaction between leaders. I like trade. I considered these to be stradegy elements. I really don't play the campaigbs. What I want is galactic civilizations 3. The only thing I think this stems from is tactics. The reason I never responded to that site is I have

Well for the most part the purpose of stradegy for me is for classification. So my friend is right then about Starcraft being a different kind of game. I know what a roleplaying game is like. I know what a first person shooter is like. My main jist is that spore screwed things up by not obeying stradegy rules. Maybe tactics could be an option or maybe a seperate game altogether. I'm guessing U want more control on how your fleets fight right. If u had an option to automate anything I don&
I recommend that they look at the Civilization 3's editor. Why? The Civ 3 editor was okay for it's time, but there are much better examples out nowadays. The Starcraft 2 editor, for example, allows you to completely change the game. Don't like RTS? Turn it into a Shmup!
Haven't played Starcraft 2, but a friend told me the other day that it was not a stradegy game, but that u r only o

Mega events I really thought brought personality to the game. They r just there. Never seen any that could lay me out except in the beginning where I used to rely on a financial event, so not getting one was detrimental. The mega events I like the best are the ones that boost research, morale, economy or taxes. I like mega events that strengthen my oppenents, I like precursor ships. I like the dread lords mega event because this way I'm strong enough to deal with them. If I can confiscate

This has worked very well for Stardock, and I think it will be useable here. I think U should submit the coding. Which is the software developement kit. Even though modding is pretty good it doesn't cover everything. If people change code with civilization I think they will here, or maybe the same people will. I'm talking from Civilization people who play around with the software developement kit. People who play the game.

Please make better stradegy guides for playing the game, or on specific races, I would like to see better comprehensive simple guides on how to mod.

Hi it's me again I hope this will be better recieved than the Bug post. I really didn't think Galactic civilization 2's editor was that good. I recommend that they look at the Civilization 3's editor. I really don't mod much, but I would like a better editor. This is something I would use. Please try to make it like full modding. My question is what U want to see in a editor. I would like to be able to make a better and bigger map, more races, and able to make my tech tree
In Winter of 1944, there was a massive surprise attack by the Germans through the Ardennes Forrest, along the tactical Boundary between the Americans and British, with the main line of attack through a weak American Infantry Division in the Ardennes Forrest (it was there as a "rest" area, no one thought the Germans could mount a Strategic Offensive through such thick forest). It became known as "The Battle of the Bulge"..... and it nearly
With starbases having "slots" (just like planets have surface slots for improvements), you can mix/match the focus of the starbase. (For game-balance, you may still need to restrict some modules to only being mountable on military / economic / influence / mining bases.)
I don't know what is the limit of modules, but it is an aweful lot. This concept might work if the starbase would have the quality as big as th

I think the species need to be more fair. I don't like to play a species and feel that I'm handicapped because of the species I play. I'm not saying I want them the same on the other hand I don't mind playing different species different ways as long as the Ai can also play them too. They can be made where u have to play them differently, but when you play the strategy that is for the species it should be on par with the exact same strategy of other species that way you don&#39
I want to be able to crew my ships from a pool of officers. These officers would be able to level and with enough experience can become leaders to allow creation of an officer barracks or something.
