I played a 2v1 (I was the one) the other day as well. I remember doing that in DOTA but you got bonus gold to start and you also racked up experience faster. Not the same in demigod.
I use swift anklet for Oak. Coupled with penitence, I can usually get a first blood if my opponent hesitates.

p.s. The only way that we found to resolve this was to quit the game. Every game we play is a dice roll whether it freezes or not. Edit: I tried changing the ports to 6133 and 6153 (using ImpulseReactorSettings.exe in the bin folder of Demigod). I'll give an update if the problem persists. I'm hoping that if my brother uses the default ports and I use different ones, we will not have this problem.
Just tried to play a custom game with my brother. We were playing a custom game and we are on a LAN. Before the latest patch we've never had issues and have played many games. Lately, there seems to be a 1/4 chance that the game will freeze. The wierd thing is, the camera doesn't freeze but everything seems frozen in time. Every once in a while, the connection screen flashes up quickly but too fast to read. This has happened probably 4 times so far. Any explanation? Thanks
