In any given game, there is a chance of 0.1% of finding them according to its entity file. You might be dissappointed to know that it was probably on one of those planets that you didn't bother colonizing because you already won. Apparently there is a 10% chance to find them on your first game. Or a fat lot of you are liars. I don't care which, because I found it on my first game >:}

I only ask for 3 examples to ward away any half-hearted attempts to state opinions, the most annoying of which start with "but Reagan said. . . ." I don't need lots of evidence, just evidence of quality, and you gave it, Morph, and I thank you. And I suppose Google doesn't translate semicolons very well.
