dont push through the middle. I hate when I see my team mates do that. On cataract always push down the side lanes. If you are I dont know how on earth Regulus is holding off 4 portals of giants coming from 3 different directions. Maybe mark of betrayer AoEs is killing your own monsters. I would suggest all loading up on the same side so this doesnt happen. Regulus is a glass cannon. Use some stuns and
it depends if you 2 guys left alone are able to actually push and cause real damage on enemy base. If yes then the two of you bash the enemy base while the rook slows the 3 enemies down.
cost of 10 teleport scrolls. = 2500 in addition to taking you to the regen stone teleport scrolls will also let you ambush enemy demigods and transverse the map fast. I rather save a large amount of front end money and buy the teleport scrolls and other more useful items. not overpowered imo.
This goes more for future demigods. Extreme character making there is a good chance to ruin the gameplay. Everytime you make a skill extreme you run the risk of it comboing real good with something else or not matching up against another demigod. Hence you make a rock, paper, scissor game where the match is decided before the game even starts. Oh they got sedna and X we cant out damage thier survibility.&
The bottom line skillset for generals that increases the power of thier monsters should be made to scale signifigantly higher. Right now its like +50armor, +2% attack speed, ect. At the higher level end this should be like +500hitpoints,+250armor, ect. General demigods are real good(with the exception of Q
I play my best as QoT. I usually get Shamblers right away and buy archer and melee idols. Summon them all and trying to farm as much xp right away. If a demigod face me, I harass them with my minions while i hide at the base towers. At level 2 I get the shield since I wanted damage over protection. I want to stay in closed form since it gives a lot of bonuses and I can cast shield right away. I buy the first mana helmet and then the
the only thing in this game that is OP is Queen of Thorns with uproot and shamblers. Seriously this needs to be nerfed and is ruining my gaming experiance.
If someone is teamed with a computer I cant fault them for leaving. Especially on competive levels. I dont even like playing against them, its like playing against someone in soccer with a broken ancle(minus the horrible pain).. its really just an exercise in pointlessness. For skirmish or pantheon mode it might be nice for players to see a number or even a color. Which represents about how many availble people around th
Ive said before its a shame a game this good missed out on the big release hype because of technical hiccups. Still you guys could make a couple new demigods and maps then put them in little expansion pack call it demigod 2 or something and hype the sh## out of it. With a smooth launch your launch hype will surely tap into a large part of the market that this game missed the first time around.
if someone has favor items and you dont its unbalancing and ruins gameplay. so host your own games until they get fixxed and just disable them in options. Besides that experiment with favor items in singleplayer mode so you know which ones you prefer so you dont end up wasting favor buying all of them for every character.
play as erebus
its a good idea but a lot of the time rage quitting is one person quitting early on because one little thing did not go his way or the person is trying to grief everyone else. making it so 1 person can effectively destroy an entire game by quitting is too much. Ive won a couple games after someone quit on my team before albeit it wasnt easy. I do agree there should be a way for a team to concede. Often times the g
yes same thing happens to me. they are real annoying to use
wow teseer nice job. I would worry about this idea possibly being too complicated and not noob friendly if implemented wrong.
Seems like it would usually just end up in everyone pouring their troops down the same lane, or having to rush back to base to switch the creeps' pathway. Unyieldy and mildly pointless in my opinion.
if thats how it turned out that would probably be the case. then again you could make it so your
or maybe you could choose which portals your monsters come out. but maybe you could only use your starting portals.
In general I'd say when you only have bots as teammates you shouldn't be playing a support role. You won't be able to effectively prevent your enemy from farming the bots so you have to do the same in order to keep up.
this
truth is its not always a bad idea. but for the most part its risky and a bad idea; and its not good to get in the habbit of going for gambles because sooner or later you will lose the die roll. Play like the Iceman, dont make mistakes, play smart and capitalize on the enemies mistakes. In football sometimes you can pick up some extra yards by having your QB run the ball but for the most part teams dont do this bec
hey if they work for you. I never really tried to max thier power with compost. I agree with zechnophobe they are of more use early on to help you get xp and they are a little more effective against lvl 1 demigods. But having a build that scales up compost, uproot and the minion buffs just does not seem viable to me. By the time you lvl all those enemy demigods will just ignore your minions. Also granted QoTs minions are more powerful
no reason to rage over his post. Its a nice little gimic as most people dont know UB spit stacks. as posted by others though it is counterable. If you stack all of the same demigods you can come up with other strong gimic combos. 3 Regulus in sync with each other will take down many unprepared enemies. 3 tower farm rooks pushing down a lane will be a pain to stop ect. The problem with stacking all
some more ideas: Queen of Thorns is too 1 dimensional. All around I believe she is weak except for her bramble shield spell which I believe is over the top. I propose you increase the recast time by something like 3seconds. In exchange her minion buffing spells should also come with 1gold income increase everytime you get one of them. Instead of having to get all the minion buffs and then end game being able to get the +4g
I see the problem here. Go into your personal settings. You seem to be from Australia, you will need to change this to N.America. Apply for a visa and once you move to N.America try to rejoin a game and everything should be fixxed. its hard enough to get a game together and run it smoothly, cant blame people if they kick someone with ping above 250 for the good of everyone else. I agree low ping isnt
no. IMO shamblers are horrible and scale horribly. granted im not the best at controlling minions I just dont see her being very effective even if you are good at controlling minions. Not to mention playing both forms "wastes" a whole lot of time switching back and forth. QoT is even more 1 dimensional than sedna. Her shield spell is over the top but the rest of her is sub par.
QoT building damage spell uproot should drain health like Rooks building drain spell. ty
