Space Sector and Space Game Junkie. Not big sites, but IMO visited by your target audience exclusively. EDIT> Beat me to it, LOL.
Can someone shed some light to the clueless about why windows 10 is "free" to users of 7, and 8? Especially for 7? I must have missed a memo somewhere. Yea, those icons are certified as FLAT. I guess style is out the proverbial window. I could understand if they are doing this for performance reasons, but most modern hardware could easily handle the VISTA icons. So what is it with this "euro look"? [/quo
They combined fighters into groups and radically reduced the survivability of lighter ships along with adding those subsystems on the bigger ones. It's downright hard to keep frigates alive in 2. If they did this to HW1, it's not HW1 anymore, it's HW2 with the original campaign ported in.
Oh, completely forgot about the fighter squadrons thing. Totally forgot HW2 did not have them. But hopefully

What HW2 mechanics do you think could break HW1 gameplay, more specifically single-player gameplay? The only thing i saw in that video was addition of the separately destructible subsystems into HW1, would that change that much? Otherwise it would be the same units, with the same stats i guess, everything the same.
The depth of field looks absolute shit when zoomed in to a ship though. Or do you guys like that?
Need to see it first hand. But not sold on it at this point. Might have worked for SimCity, but not sure if i want ships in background to be blurred. Will be an switchable option for sure anyway.

Oh, thanks for pointing this out. I am all over it right now. Pretty curious about it. The movie was great i thought, so hopefully this is as good, even if its different.

So i have seen American Sniper today...oh, yesterday. Anyway, it was indeed good, but TBF not as good as i expected. I thought, based on the trailer, its going to be more psychological, contain more drama, emotions...while it was more centered on action and sort of descriptive biographical movie. Another question is, can you actually kill people 1000 meters away with a Dragunov and PSO-1 scope....

Congrats. Very nice case, good choice (at least from aesthetical POV). I think you should go with bigger SSD. Over here they sell Kingston 240GB for 99 EUROs these days, if its similar in US, thats just 20 bucks more for 2x the capacity.

I dont really look forward to any game, i mean i dont feel the kind of excitement like i used to feel in past. In all honesty, i miss it. That said, i may give a try to bunch of games, mostly to satisfy the curiosity, or for nostalgic reasons, or simply in hope the game can somehow catch me and surprise me, even though i would not be expecting it. So: Grey Goo Act of Aggression Homeworld HD, Armikrog, Grim Fandango (all these for said nostalgic reasons)</
I saw some previews for Amarican Sniper and I can categorically state that it is NOT a movie I shall be watching. I don't like guns and killing at the best of times, so the focus/content is of no interest to me, if not abhorrent. I generally like Clint Eastwood movies [as an actor or a director] but this is another I shall miss due to its focus/content/storyline The other I missed
AMERICAN SNIPER When leaving the theater after the credits, the atmosphere was very solemn and not the usual banter of moviegoers - there was no conversation at all. Eastwood's a genius, Cooper is Greatness.
So i guess this was good? Looking forward to it, since i saw the trailer, which IMO was brilliant. I watched Predestination yesterday. Cant say definitely

I saw Korean movie called Chaser last week. It was good, but there were some scenes i did not really need to see. And 2 days before it, Hobbit!

That went well.... the lesson to be learned from this thread, as i found myself in the past, never complain/rage on the internet, as other will either not give a shit or get defensive and lash out on you. Poor and possibly offensive choice of words does not help much either. Bottom line, most people dont like complainers and and will generally dismiss them. Nobody needs to have his/her shiny mood broken.
