HELP!! Cant register my serial number - error validating registration message in MyColors Stardock Forums

Ive just purchased the la laker theme and ive paid for it all and got the special number through an email i went on add registration input me email and number and it comes up with the message "there was an error validating your registration information pleasetry again" please help
