u can't say just a stronger and effective. the 4-times-crit mutipler is really cruel! one time i played offline with rich starting gold and so on. result was mageslayer + all father's ring + ashkandor > i lol'd (up to 3,5k crits. 0.5 secounds attack speed, explosion ammo)
