Where do I get the updates/Patches in Demigod Demigod Forums

Hi guys, I've been looking at this game for a few days now and wanna buy it this weekend, looks awesome. I am aware that there are a few updates available, where can I download these? Another thing, to be able to play multiplayer online, what would be the recommend line speed? Will 512 ADSL line be fine? Thank you
