Well i just had my first ever 1v1 and i was sedna against erebus on prison and i just have to say in no way can i see sedna beating a competant erebus. He literally had nightwalkers soloing my towers whilst he was chipping away at me and taking flags. Was on the backfoot the entire game, ended up reaching lvl 20, little good it did me as he had gold advantage the entire game being able to creep and cap flags whilst his nightwalkers just roamed about soloing towers in my base.

lol when i have no friends on to play i host 2v2 eu (no premade). Yesterday i had 2 premades join in a row, when i asked the second pair to leave i got a torrent of mature abuse along the lines of 'your gay' and the like. Some people just like to go for easy wins, myself.....i just want a fairly balanced game so i get some satisfaction from a win.

If pantheon ensured no double dgs and also was conquest only then that would definately be the solution. But as it puts in rubbish modes and unsuitable maps i have to avoid pantheon myself. Ending up in a fortress match against 2 building killing demigods etc makes for shitty games.

[/quote] Tell me about it, tried to play a nice 'safe' 2v2 this morning with my mate and i was spiking like hell, i spend whole games getting constant abuse from other team about 'fix the lag' (most things arent as polite as that). I understand their frustration at the spikes but you know what i dont have that fabled green 'lag fix' button to hand.

Definately wait and try the demo before you buy it as me and my friend both in uk have trouble playing anything over 2v2 in this game without getting insane ping spikes. Its possibly isp related (we both on virgin cable) but there is a thread on the tech forums with people on other isp with the same problem.

Well i am pretty much in the mindset that i have to stop playing DemiGod, i really do feel that it has been money wasted for me. Me and my friend both get this mental lag spiking when playing anything above 2v2, yet 2v2 runs fine. We are both on 10Meg connections with virgin cable, but plenty of other people on virgin cable have no problem playing at all. I actually just tried to play since the patch and ran into Dead Ghost in my game, that game ended early because people could not pu
