3D error in Demigod Problem Reports Demigod Forums

everytime i load the game it says failed to launch due to a 3D error i have the latest drivers im using an NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200, it has ran every other game that says i need higher cards without any problems the actual problem it says is Hardware Based Instancing Required, Check to see if you have latest drivers
