It seems to me to be a bug but obviously not a big one. I would not expect 700 bonus tp. Instead I would expect it to provide +700% bonus tp for the entire planet ie the 100% normal bonus * 7. So, assuming my math is correct I would see for a 14 tp output to have a final output of 14+98 (700% bonus) for 112. Oh well. It seems unusual to have one capital(the political capital) have a bonus from a tile and not have the others have some bonus. Thanks

Question about Tech Capital and Precursor Library Tile in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I'm playing a campaign game of DA(from the Ultimate edition) right now and I colonized a planet with a Precursor Library (+700% research bonus) I decided to experiement so I placed a tech capital on the PL tile. When I check the planet summary, it says I have the 100% research bonus but it also shows 738!!! tech points. Now I can max out my research spending as well as the planet's focus but I still only show 38 tp on the details page. So

I'm having the same problem as well with the Ultimate Edition, v2.0.2. I'm very disappointed with this. Normally these bugs like this one and the Apocalypse one are resolved long before a so-called Ultimate edition comes out.
