Fences comes with impulse ??????? in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I just downloaded the latest Fencess .99 thinking it had the date fix, and it was wrapped with this Impulse program. My question is ," How and where do I find just the Fences program" I do NOT want anything to do with Impulse. Thank you

Fences changes the icon text color in Fences WinCustomize Forums

On installing fences on a winxp pro, sp3, system, the icon text changes color from white to a nasty yellow/brown. I have no wallpaper and usw a simple blue background
