oops sry spose those would have helped I'm using windows 10 fresh install not to sure what u mean by graphics drivers cept I'm using the newest ones provided by GeForce experience

dx11 says its running in my task manager but never starts and dx12 starts and immediately crashes that of which neither have an icon on my taskbar I have a 4790k with a gtx 970 desktop where as it runs fine on my laptop which is 3 years old at this point any ideas?
