Nope no luck with any of these. I've tried clearing the cache, re-installing, removing everything, etc. Nothing will work. I'd really like to get this sorted as this is the only dock that I actually like! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure what the problem is. I've seen another post with the exact same problem, and their solution was that they weren't running it as an administrator. But I am. I can't drag any shortcuts from my desktop/startmenu onto the dock; if I try I get the "O" with the line through it cursor. I just installed it. Running Vista 32-bit.
