Noob needs help in Demigod Demigod Forums

I've done a few skirmishes now and 2 Pantheon matches - I won everything. I got a few questions though: 1) What are 'Favor items', how do you get them and how is it possible that they stay? 2) Is there an option to switch sides in the Pantheon? I love playing with reg and TB, and choosing one sucks. 3) When do you get a rank on the website from the Pantheon? It says I've won 2 games, but my rank is 0. I probably have more questions but can't remember them now,
