No they meet the requirements however the game still doesn't work. I also have been working with tech support for a bit. But I am trying to figure out my own solutions in case I figure something out. I am litterally wanting to know how to make the game look like crap so I can play it.

Your graphics still look great on the lowest settings. However. How do I set the graphics to Ugly? I think I will be able to actually play the game if I set it to Ugly looking.
