Is there a reason why I cannot move the seperators freely like Rocket Dock?

but I can only add seperators to the end, so nothing would be seperated.

I have a bunh of seperators and icons, it will be a pain to move them.

it only adds a seperator to the very end of the right. Never where ever I choose. Is there a way to back up my settings? I might just reinstall it. Edit: Okay I know how to backup stuff. Now, are there any options in the .ini's that can help me out here? Or should I jsut reinstall?

I'm using Vista 64. I do not have the 'lock dragging' checked, but it still won't let me drag the seperaters.

It won't let me move them. And why doesn't it let me put icons inbetween other ones? And why does it make seperators at the very end?
