i know, no one seems to know what is wrong, iv been talking about it in another post. paste your debug.err file in here and hopefully someone can tell us what we have got to do.

well the demo was the gc2 gold. but im getting the exact same problem with the full game.

i downloaded the demo for galacic civ2. when the game gets to the main menu, it has the intro movie as the background. whenever i click on a link, the words overlap and the images build up on each other, becoming unreadable and unplayable. i bought the full game and it is exactly the same as the demo. il post screenshots soon after it has finished reinstalling, also with my debug.err file. this is the same with my game, i downloaded the demo and it did this. but then i bought the full game and it still did it. im trying to reinstall it but i have to download the whole game again which is taking a while. when i skip the intro movie the picture stays in the background as it gradually builds up and becomes un readable. graphics drivers update, could it be processor or direct x??
