What are peoples opinions on the addition of a no rush timer as another game option. I personally like to stack the odds heavily against myself when playing SP and the addition of a no rush timer would help me get on my feet in the first 5-10 minutes of the game and stand a fighting chance against the AI onslaught. Would be a useful tool for MP too, amongst people who are more interested in playing the mid / late game and don't want to be rushed early on before they get a

Just wondering if anyone has made / found a complete list of techs (unique to each subfaction) as the faction selection menu does not detail all of the techs specific to that subfaction (e.g the wave cannons for VL and the armor and shielding for VR) and my memory is not the best.. Thanks
As mainly a tec player in the rebellion beta I find myself struggling against corvette / bomber swarms (especially against Advent players). The only feasible tactic i've found so far is to kite the corvettes / bombers away from my fleet using my capital ship (which they are usually trying to focus down) and hope that my LRFs / HCs can DPS down their capital before i lose mine. Spamming flak frigs dosent seem to work as both bombers and corvettes seem to be resist

Hey guys I've always wondered how the relationship between shield mitigation and armor works. Sins wikia has some infomation on how Shield Mitigation functions: https://www.sinsofasolarempire.wikia.com/wiki/Shield_Mitigation But I have been unable to find any infomation on how armor points relate to damage reduction, and whether mitigation from shields is applyed before that
