I can team up with my buddies on TS and kill random noobs the whole day and that counts for ladder ranking? Then ladder rating is totally pointless. My solution: Ladder ranking should only count for skirmish or pantheon achievements. Just take a look at wc3, they simply created ladders for each type of game. With an accurate ranking the matchmaking system could check the ranking and match each team up with equally strong players, hopefully creating competitive games. At least
