Anyone having serial number issues, please contact [email protected] with your serial number, where/how you purchased the game, and any email addresses you regularly use. We will straighten it out for you, but we generally can't do that through the forums, as it may involve personal information.

If you would like some help with this, you will need to do two things: 1) Stop insulting the people that can help you. 2) Contact [email protected] so we can look at what's happening. In that order.

If you hold down shift, it is movable, though it won't show that it's moving until you release in a new spot.
MS still messing around with final specs?
The near certainty of this is a main factor in why we haven't updated everything yet. The difference between the Developer and Consumer previews was not trivial, so who knows what changes will come next.
This is happening because you have your text size setting at 125% and the background for the Object Dock Settings panel doesn't resize. If you set you text size to 100% in Control Panel > Display then that problem will go away. Using 125% text size can cause display issues with other programs as well.
What he said. :)
