You have to wait until you have FE on your account. Once that happens, you'll be able to pre-order the boxed version.
Ok I thought that SDC had been discontinued? Honestly I wasn't aware that it had been re-instated as a download platform for Stardock products. Or is this still in the pipeline?
Check it: https://forums.stardock.com/413462
Direct link to the download page (just because): http://download.stardock.com/ If you have any trouble with any of the non-Impulse parts, feel free to contact for help.
Cruxador's advice is sound. For some reason the FE purchase page wants me to pay for the game, but the Stardock download site correctly gives me access to the beta.
That's our bad. Seems there were duplicate records in our database for your email address, and the page was looking at the wrong one. I've merged them together, so you should be all set there. If anyone else is having issues similar to thi
From what I see, you should be getting the Beta for free. The exact date you'll get your email is something I don't know, but you'll at least get one, I believe in the next round (don't hold me to that).
I believe this is already on a 'Things To Look Into Doing' list, actually.
That modified date doesn't look right. Try deleting any installers you have for OD and download a fresh copy: http://download.stardock.com/
I'm seeing it registered to your account just fine. It's possible there was a delay in the order processing, but you should be able to see it now on the download page: http://download.stardock.com/
Is there a way i can download the updates without having to give a serial number?
If you've already installed and activated, for example, WindowBlinds on that computer already, then installing the latest version shouldn't need a re-activation. You should simply be able to install and go. If you reinstall Windows, or delete the sig.bin file that holds your activation, then you would need to reactivate.
Let's see about taking a closer look at what's going on. Download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send back the .zip file it creates on the desktop to . You can reference this post, but put as much detail
Not really, but when you contact , let them know the username that shows up at the top of the page, like so:
Do you have any skins applied when this is happening? What happens if you uninstall WindowBlinds?
If Hankers' link doesn't help, send an email to with as much info as possible, including any email addresses you may have used, and we'll get everything straightened out.
Well, why don't you then just roll out a tiny update to fix this nuisance? Otherwise, since this version really is very stable, there won't be a fix any time soon, right?
It's not quite as easy as you'd think to put out an updated build. Not saying no, just that's it's more than the push of a button. I'll mention it to the dev team.

I'm not seeing any tickets in our support system for you, but I managed to track down the issue anyway. When you made your order, you spelled your email address wrong, which is why you never received a receipt. I've cleared up the registrations, so you should be able to get everything from here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products Just log in with the same email/password you would use t
Sorry to hear that, hopefully this will help: ObjectDock Settings: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Application Data\Local\Stardock Fences Settings: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Application Data\Stardock\Fences\Backups Replace the YOUR_USERNAME with your Windows username, and that should get you started.
Try right clicking on the program shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator" and see if that helps.
There is actually an option for mouseover hiding. Right click on a fence and... As for square vs. round, I'll pass that along.

Give a ring and maybe we can look a little deeper at what's on your system.
