Solar Flare by Master Baron. It's irrelevant though because it does it with all the dreams. Even the default ones.

Hi. I just bough deskscapes but my problem is that when ever i come out of a game my wallpaper will be frozen (like its paused). The only way to remedy it is to change my wallpaper to something else and then back again which is quite annoying. It also messes up 3dsmax, it makes the menu that comes up when you right click invisible. Except that the buttons show up when you move the cursor over them and then dissapear if you move off them, or stop moving the cursor. I'm Running Vista Ho
