If you conquer a planet that has a Galactic Wonder on it, and you delete the project, you can't rebuild the project anywhere else. Also, I don't think you lose the benefit of the project either, even though no one has it now.
I've noticed that too! There are problems where if you invade another planet that is an Economic (or any type of capital), you can keep the bonuses. It should automatically remove those improvements from the invaded planet when you take it over (or culterally absorb it, or build the same improvement on another planet).

Another bug. I had a planet almost about to defect to the enemy. I managed, by giving them a different planet, and all of my ships, a starbase located in my territory with a resource for influence at 61%. Now, my planet says that because of culteral pressures by my civilization, it is considering defecting to my civiliztion. I also cannot access any mining features for the starbase I bought.
When you reload the game, all of your enemies are suddenly using your political party. I tested this by upping the speed of my party by 250% (22 speed). At first, they never had the speed. However, when I exited and re-loaded, suddenly they all had 22 speed, thus had my party. This happened 6 times in a row.
1.03A.057 It does appear that when you re-load a saved game, the AI gets to pick a new party. I tried editing the core parties and adding the values (150%) to a middle of the list party, and the AI, when re-loaded, automatically had the exact same bonuses I did.
I noticed a bug. As a test, I created a political party with 150% improvement to everything. Then, I watched the enemies ships. As long as they didn't have 18 speed, then I was okay. Well, they never did get the speed...however, I saved the game as a test and reloaded. Suddenly all of the AI (every one of them) had 18 speed and all of the bonuses. It seems that when you save and re-load, the political party they are using either is re-selectable, or isn't saved and they get the last one
I have a 1.9ghz with PC800 RDRAM. I found that a lot of your speed comes from the speed of your graphics card combined with the memory. At work, I have a 1.7 with PC133, and I watched it take twice as long to do something than mine at home. I also play top of the line games with a GeForce 2 TI, and I've found I have no problems.
