Reply to Patching & the New Hero in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

I too have tried EVERYTHING suggested in these forums to play as the 2 additional chars. I have just brought the game this week and there is no way for me to play as the new chars. Please tell me why a brand new game with all updates can't work like advertised. Ill give it a week and if they cant fix it will ask for money back :( HELP PLEASE.
