There are multiple people with the same problem, in multiple threads. The other threads are getting ignored, except for the one thread where the purge seemed to solve their problems. The issue seems to be related to the combination of: (A) latest version 3.0.9.11 of Fences (B) Three monitors The bug seems to appear in other circumstances, but in that one case,

Dude, did you not read my post. We all DID the purge. IT. DIDN'T. WORK. Problem still exists.
Yeah, this didn't work at all for quite a few other users. New thread with regard to those users having single column fence issues... See new forum thread: https://forums.stardock.com/489934/page/1/#3730870
Also, tried re-installing. Even used the special "purge" script from Stardock, and that didn't fix it either. It is _definately_ a bug with the latest software version and Windows 10.
I've sent in a support ticket with the same exact issue. Three monitors, unable to create single row fences. Fences will end up making a horizontal row three wide, and not even create a scroll bar, so if you reduce the fence to 1 row wide by (say 10 vertical), you won't see the two icons in the horizontal row nor be able to click on them. This issue started after adding a third monitor and updating to the v3.09 (latest) release.
