Is this a bug or a feature? It used to happen with Internet Explorer, but now it happens with every window. If you try the roll/up action, you get a menu, then when you left click on the title bar, the window rolls up. Roll down works the same. Windowblinds 7 / Windows 7 Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 5.9 Your Windows Graphics Experience score is 5.9 WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.0 (build 203 - Windows 7 Editio

With previous versions of Windowblinds Internet Explorer would sometimes not roll up to a right click (that's where I assign the roll up/roll down). Now, in version 7 of Windowblinds and Windows 7, ALL the explorer/my computer windows do the same thing. Instead of rolling up/down, you get a menu, then when you left click on the title bar, it rolls up/down. Not sure if this is an incompatibility with the feature vs the program or if it's something that's going to be 'fixed' in later ve
Lantec - is that wall available anywhere for free? Probably not unless you are already an Object Desktop Subscriber. It was bundled with recent "Gloss" MyColor suites that were released as an Object Desktop subscriber skin. (Burgundy, Mint & Grey) You can find a lot of similar walls in the library by Vlad or check at his site http://www.vladstudio.com/home/
Thanks a bunch! I am OD subscriber,

Why is it that all the explorer windows just show a menu when you right click on them (instead of rolling up). All other applications appear to work fine, right click, roll up. Right click, roll down. Explorer windows show a menu, then whatever you click, they roll up. Same with roll down. I'm using win7 and the leo, carbon or diamon skins (haven't tried the others). I'm hoping there is a way to save your docks/tabs into a place where you can just restore it or at least copy it back to a folder and have everything restored. While you can package a dock, you have to go put all the images into it (I believe that's right). Would just like some simple manner to restore all my docks/tabs/images since when I do have to it's such a pain.

How about being able to explort a dock and all it's images and settings so you can import it on a fresh install...gawd it's tiring having to go find all that crap every time. Yes, there is an export theme, but you have to select the images from the library and mine (thanks to all the wonderful artists out there) is just too dang large now.

when you're only business is customizing the OS, I'd say they're all on your plate to work on. While some of the applications are fantastic, I do believe that some use specific applications more than others. I'd venture a guess that bootskin is probably one of the few that everybody can benefit from universally. While I love windowblinds, I do benefit on a different scale between my work pc and home pc. I have a friend that doesn't even use it - sees no need for it. If you look at the l

While I understand the issues surrounding companies writing or modifying software that isn't used much, how is technology going to grow if the front line (developers) are unwilling to do the programming? I'm not jumping on Stardock, they've been pretty responsive as far as I know, but you hear the same line (like above) from many, many developers, "No, we won't be working on that." People are always bitching about how unstable and buggy windows is, but one of the biggest problems is tha

Really Slick Screensavers - http://reallyslick.demonews.com/ This guy did some amazing opengl screensavers. Still on his site, including the source, but I don't think he's doing any new ones. Has about 8 or so now - all *very* good. All adjustable so you can create almost infinite variations. Has a great fireworks one. Also, Serenescreen (the fish tank that has the 3 fish demo with XP). <img src="http:

my interpretation was that the skin should have been updated and been available as an update to paid customers. Treetog is too kind (he always has been). I don't think Neophil was serious about the refund. Software is supposed to get worse as it gets older/outdated, not better. Thanks for the updates Treetog - I don't think anybody who has seen your work has anything but good things to say. I hope the work you share so freely has and does return something good for you. <img src="http:/

that dude is just looking for publicity. Either that or he's insane. How does a graphic artist in their right might condone and request "conformity?

Wow...what a post. I feel for Treetog. However, although I would agree he has a legal issue, enforcing it is impossible. You'd have to remove it from every site and then the hard drive of every person who downloaded it. While it's preferrable, it's just not probable. This is the risk every skinner takes in sharing their work (unfortunately). On the upside, there are many, many more of us who appreciate the work in silence. I look for a few of my favorite skinner's works on a da
