I have a graphics program. I have adobe photoshop. I just don't get how to put more than just those 4 resize cursors.

Like on the cursor set Hand. There are 8 resize cursors.

I uploaded a cursor a yesterday afternoon, but its still not up yet. Its fine there is nothing wrong with it. Why is this taking so long? Last time I uploaded a cursor it was up within hours. Whats wrong?
