Computer won't shut down and parser error in LogonStudio Stardock Forums

I've just tried to create my first custom XP logon screen, but when I try to apply it, I get the error "value creation failed " at line 18" and then I'm taken to a login screen. After that, the computer refuses to shut down until I restore it to the default. What's up here?
