I have decided that, for me, this is a windows 10 hardware initialization problem and will do like lee61561 and just manually move them myself. It's 50/50 at startup as to which monitor windows decides is primary today. I will check back from time to time to see if anyone finds a solution. Thanks all, enjoy your day. I am also having this problem with Fences 3.03 and windows 10. My right side screen (1) is primary and when I start my PC cold, the fences would be switched to my left side screen (2) secondary. I have fiddled with the settings on the Layout&Snapping settings page. Currently set at "Store on per screen resolution basis, with the "when I plug in a new primary monitor..." box unchecked. I have tried all different settings here to no avail. Note that I can reboot the system and fence
