Whew! I'm learning at a faster rate than my melon can handle!
Oops...just rechecked and I think the list-link was Zubaz'. So thanks, Z, great place to find little-known govt. goings-on!
Wow! Just found this...need to reset my watch-list or something! Roman, your GCII stuff rocks. I can't seem to get my Sysmetrix to recognize there's a net in and net out, so I use your meter to display that.[the sysmetrix thing is about my homebuilt white-box rig...works fine on my laptop] I've used DX since 2002, got mad and didn't like it at all...now it's the cat's meow[oops! sorry, Po'] Having an in-depth tutorial like this is incred
We like when that happens
[#99 What he said] Paul, you've always gone the extra mile for everyone. "Good things come to those who wait" ppl, be grateful for what you've got, have a bit o' patience. Bottom line: I boot up, do my work, play/visit, tweak... ...everything else is candy. mormegil makes the best candy. Version 3.41 Added the ability to launch a new theme via a button to turn on/off media sections Added ability to get email from GMail via SSL (pop.gmail.com) Added statistical information to the tooltips for interactive buttons that deal with the recycle bin or email Ad
Way to go, Jafo! Hat's off to ya. Great to see Nils has his site up again.
You do have to have Rainlendar, the program, installed first (see link here at WinCustomize to get to the site) It's shareware, but well worth it!
I don't know if I do it the accepted way...but: After the chosen RL theme is D/Led (I put'em in a folder on the desktop, say, called "Raineys") I click My Computer>C:\>Program Files>Rainlendar>Skins, and leave that open on half the desktop I unzip or otherwise get the D/Led rainey file to where it's got all the extra stuff pared away, like the other "Skins", Then just rightclick/drag the new one to "Skins" and choose "copy". Do
cracks me up
Thanks, Cindi, for the link to that page. Some bizarre stuff there, from "computer-assisted remote hunting" to "regulation of horsemeat for human consumption"... I'll be checking that one again, you bet
Oh, and on the thread: I've got a couple of Labs that, like Labs, make you feel they'd do anything for you, so I feel like they're worth going the extra mile for. As far as paying for Katrina and Iraq, aren't I already doing that, even if I don't want to?! I buy anything up here, I'm paying more to defray the costs of running programs I don't necessarily side with. To me, it's about the freedom to support what I want to. We've got so many strays h
