Dunno that much about it all, but, 'til someone more knowledgeable jumps in here, I'll share what little I know: I seem to be able to only use the .png ones in OD+, while the .ico seems to be what Icon Packager uses, .icl being the suffix for an icon library that's incl. in an Icon Packager theme. ie: if I want to change an icon of something on, say, my desktop, I can find it in Start>My Computer>C:\>Program Files>Stardock>Icon Packa

Something very similar was happening with me...maybe six mos. or so ago...I had OD (not +), and upgraded to OD+. I had the first version installed, I believe, in Program Files, on its own. When I upgraded to OD+, somehow I kept unzipping the tabs into the old version of OD and they never showed up in the new, OD+ version. I finally had one of the moderators, I think, tell me to uninstall all versions, reinstall OD+, and then look in Start>Programs>S
