Making XP skins without using windowblinds in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know or have made a program to actually make colors in WinXP? I would like to make my own but I dont want to use a program just to view them. I know there has to be a way to alter the colors in the themes area. I am a big system resource freak and dont want to use a program to just to have different theme is the reason. Anyone know of anything?

I just finished my building my machine, got 384megs with a 1ghz Athlon. Works great in win2k
