icons are not transparent? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi i was just wondering if some one could help me out. I use icon packager but the text under the icons is not transparent i wish to fix this without using windowblinds.

Hi i have heard mant bad things about windowblinds and the free version i tried coused errors continuosly. I run me 60g hd and 256 rm is there somthing im missing here?
