Political Machine in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

From what I read, it would be a great game. Too bad the RC doesn't load. I get the lovely error of "Application failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this problem." I've reloaded three times, same error. Great game there Stardock. Beta testing anyone? ~SDC~
