Well, like I said, I'm not a skinner, so therefore, I wouldn't know about transparency with the taskbar. And, I'm not sure, but I think I have or have seen programs that make the taskbar transparent. Tweak XP does. I just looked.
I've been seeing a lot of "clear or glassy" effects on widgets and stuff. My question is, why has no one tried to make a WindowBlind like that. I have no idea how to make WB's, but there are some great skinners out there and I just wondered if anyone had thought about it. I use CCleaner, also, Regcleaner. Never had any problem with either one. There's also, Regscrub and NTREGOPT. The last one optimizes you're registry. And ERUNT, which backs up you're registry. I use them all. No Problems with any.

Right click on you're taskbar and select new toolbar. Browse for desktop, and make that a new taskbar. That's the way I have mine. It will be in you're taskbar with all you're desktop icons, and when you install a program and it ask if you want a desktop icon, say no.
All the icons on you're desktop are shortcuts. Right click. Delete. WB Liquorous. Citizen Swedenskins is giving you the best advice.
It looks like a revved up RightClick to me. And I think, although I haven't tried this version, I like RightClick better.

DX and Widgets are alright, but my main reason for having Object Desktop is Window Blinds. I have bunches of widgets, very few DX themes or objects, there a pain in the , well you know. I vote either WB or suites, not all that crazy about the latter either. I know all you guys are wanting to show of you're DX stuff, but Like I said, I've got at least 50 or more, and it's either a calender or a clock. Couple other things, but basicly clocks and calender

Just curious really. A while back, maybe even 6 months or so, I went into WindowBlinds where you do the user overrides and stuff. Anyway, I cut off my Start Menu Icon, it said do it for what ever skin I was trying. Well, it worked. Now does anyone know how to get it back. I've checked, unchecked, restarted, everything except reinstall. I think I even did that. No problem, just curious. Peace. Hippie
