OK. Just bought a subscription. Guess I'll do without food for the rest of the month. Also, I thought I would get better Windowblinds, like Universal Metal, or on of the newest, but I got Krptonite 2004 and XP Augustus. 2003. If I'm Paying, I want newer skins.

I know you want me to subscribe, but, I'm an OD owner, so is that still cool. Do I still get the Halloween skin? My subscription doesn't run out till May or June. Right now is just a bad time. $19.95. I know it's not that much, but I'm on a fixed income, and there's no way right now. And honestly, I would like to do it. I think the WC Browser would be cool.

So, if you've bought OD, you don't get "Skinners and subscribers are going to get new stuff -- we have a Halloween skin in the works for instance and there will be subscriber-only content made in the future." Is this right?

What if I have Object Desktop. Will I have to be "Limited" on my DL's? I have been coming to WC for at least a couple of years, and bought OD two years. I love WC and don't think it would be right to limit OD owners just because they haven't bought a subscription to WC. After all, if there wasn't an OD there wouldn't be a WC.

I couldn't get on WC or DA. Updated to whatever the latest update is and everything works fine. I mean why go through 20 different things when you just need to update to the latest ver.

I agree. When I first got on the net, I just fumbled around. Then I found Wincustomize. I bought Object Desktop, and now, Wincustomize is the first place I go when I get on the net. I get news on upcoming Windows and other stuff. Plus, if I have a problem with any Stardock app, I recieve an answer in a very short time. Great support is what I'm trying to say. I just paid for Object Desktop in June. $39.95. I have had OD for at least a couple of years, and now their wanting to charge me again for WB5. That's not a good thing. You will lose me as a customer, and probably others. Think about it for a while.

Why bother having a teacher. Just put a computer on every students dek. I know that's the best way to do it because I've seen it in action. Take Norton off. DL AVG Free. Every time I get a computer with Norton on it, that's the first thing I take off. Then anything to do with AOL. This woman was in Best Buy, and had $500 worth of virus,adware spy stuff and all kinds of junk. I told her about AVG, Spybot search and destroy, and Adaware. All free. And to tell truth, when my ISP runs out, I'm quitting the net all together. It's just one big commercial now. My ISP is'n't but $6.95 a month. Better than AOL, MSN Netzero, Evryone I've ever used. You know ShadowWar, I gave my Mother a computer a while back, and she's not on the internet. Used to, she would do housework or work out in her garden, or visit friends.
