I can't find a way to get my galaxy forge maps to work on diplomacy. i put them in all the folders that contained maps and yet i still can't access them ingame. Can someone plz help?

Mods not working in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I recently downloaded two mods and have put them in my mod folder. when i go into options in game it shows me the two mods. i select one then select enable and it tells me the mod is enabled, but when i go to play nothing has changed. does anyone have any ideas that can help me?

It's not so much learning sins, it takes time and experimentation to get it right. Youll be surprised about how hard multiplayer is. some of those guys are insane players.

I'll first point out that i wasnt sure if this was the right category, but ive put it here just incase. I've decided i want to get the expansion packs for sins (yeah, i know, bit late for a sins fan). When i bought my copy of sins i installed it on two computers to play over lan. I want certain players to start in certain spots in one of my maps but every time I load it My ally or I start at different home planets. how can I fix this?

Its k, the maps work anyway in the galaxy folder. EDIT: I just checked that location and couldn't find the appdata file you were talking about. I checked impulse and I do have 1.181.

Its k now Im such an idiot! It didn't work because I didn't have winzip, so it associated the file with IE because thats where it came from! Sry I bothered you (Sry Storm but I found it out before your advice but thx anyway) But now the maps wont work! I put My map in the galaxy folder and went to galaxy forge in single player and there are no maps there. i checked the other sections and no succes. Is there something else I need to do.

no its definitley rar. I click download, it asks if I would like to open or save, I click save and save it in my downloads file. Then in a few seconds it downloads. I open and it just opens internet explorer and a thing asking me if I would like to open or save (The internet explorer page is blank and does not load to something else). I tried downloading the file it prompted but its the same file. If anyone else could help, maybe explaining what they did to download it. I dobt it will help bu

I just downloaded both the galaxy and particle forge and they dont work. It just opens internet explorer and begins the download process asking me if I want to replace the existing file. I'm not qiute sure what to do. If anyone could help that would be great.
