I kinda agree with limey. Religion is not so easy to just unattach yourself from. Look around and see how much of your life involves religion in some way.

I would give you karma, but for the most part Selu is right. The original founders of the first Protestant churches did infact see themselves as catholics. However, as I said there are a few that are not and were never associated with cathlicism.
