Draginol: Was a decision ever made on semi-transparency?

Fixed, should have known not to pull it off the ACLU website. Grrrrrr...
Sandy2: Actually, this conservative is getting hungry and has a set of prints from a new client to review tonight, so Ill be absentee for awhile. Thanks for looking forward to my response to your response of my response though.
HAHAHA, I didnt even read this. When I saw the title I made myself a bet that either blogic or T-bone posted this. Score one for me.
Sandy2: Hi again! Always good to see your replies. Please post where this amendment states that "people who are joined in civil unions do not have the inherent right to the same privileges of married couples, and it also states (somewhat ambiguously) that (someone or something) can not be forced to give these rights to them". Please, because I dont see that. Bush has stated repeatedly that civil unions is a State issue,
1.) Blood for oil? You bet! 2.) Teachers, regardless of how passionate they are, can be worn down. Your reply is utopian at best and nowhere close to realistically addresssing the issue. 3.) It is not worded to take rights away. Gays, guns & lawyers 4.) Because Clinton needed a
I posted this as a reply to blogic in my "Vice President Cheneys daughter is a lesbian" blog entry. I feel there is a little confusion over the marriage amendment that needs to be cleared up: "Marriage in the United States shall consist only of the union of a man and a woman. Neither this Constitution, nor the constitution of any State, shall be construed to require that marriage or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon any union other than the union of a man and a woma
"Marriage in the United States shall consist only of the union of a man and a woman. Neither this Constitution, nor the Constitution of any State, nor State or Federal law, shall be construed to require that marital status or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon unmarried couples or groups." This is a perfect example of why lawyers will be the first to to be shot (and that includes Congress) when the revolution comes. I see how this could be read that NOBODY will ever have the
Why? Even if North Korea does acquire nuclear weapons (which unlike Kerrys claims, has not been verified that they have any), its not like they have the delivery system to hit North America. They have successfully tested a SINGLE medium range rocket, but that falls far short of US soil. It's not that I believe any dictator should have nukes, they shouldnt, but this is far down the food chain of dangers to the average American citizen.
1.) We are in Iraq because this is a war on terrorism, not a war on ONLY AL-QUEDA. Saddam Hussein offered a 'scholarship' of $25,000 to the families of any successful homocide bomber. Despite the harboring of Al-Queda, the pay-offs to the French to alter their position on sanctions AND firing on coallition forces for 12 years straight, he was, in fact, a horrible person responsible for the deaths of millions of Iraqis. In short, he was terrorising the Iraqi populace, and that is reason enough.<b
landen81: Thank you for the apology, you are obviously a stand-up blogger who deserves respect. //salute Blogic: Mary Cheney has not been hidden away from the public. I, as part of the public, have been aware that Cheney had a daughter named Mary for some time. Who cares which way she swings? It's her business, and Kerry bringing this point up is crass. The relevance of this issue is that it shows how Kerry will grasp at anything to divide America. A constitutional
This sounds so made up..." liberal commie fag lover"? Give me a break. What most liberals dont understand is that Conservatives dont hate homosexuals.
landen81: I demand an apology or you will be blocked from ever commenting on my blog again. Here's why: I was born and raised in Texas. I live 20minutes north of Houston, Texas. I am, in every sense of the word, 'Southern'. I also have strong judeo-christian beliefs, have been married for almost 9 years and could be considered the average Southern white male demographic. Growing up, Ive had many male friends that were gay or straight, it never mattered to me, as we res
CrispE: I think Dan Rathers head would explode if he read one of my articles...
Just in case you missed John Kerry bringing that up over and over and over, as if it was an issue. Hopefully this blog entry will help everyone know this important fact, because Kerry WONT STOP BRINGING IT UP.
President Bush looks GREAT tonight, and Kerry looks like he's spinning out the same old garbage, repeating himself over and over. BUT Bush just made a HUGE mistake. We will see if if Rock the Vote picks up on it over the next 3 weeks. More as the debate progresses...
Blogic: That blog post is seriously flawed. If I thought I had a chance in Hell of convincing you of the truth I'd rebute that "informal poll". ShadowWar: The only problem I have with your blog entry is that the line "Kerry is Bad for the Economy" is not in a bold, size=6 underlined font. Informative article.
Sandy2: My bad, I mispelled JIHAD . If I hadn't I'm certain you would have geared your reply to my reference properly in that jihad is a centuries-old Arabic term translated literally as "holy war" or "struggle." Sympathy for jihadists would mean those that aid muslim extremists in their war on America, and is used as a general term for the current conflict between civilization and terrorism. Sorry for the mistake, I should probably use MSWord before posting.
Sandy2:: (I wish my quote button would work) And to be perfectly respectful of your reply, I would hope that you could see the huge hole in your arguement: most terrorists do not align themselves with a country or nationality, but with a political or religious ideal. Al-Queda for example, is comprised of extremists from at least 15 different countries (actually more, but I only found 15 countries in my quick search). What of someone like John Walker, who is a US citizen but sym
Sandy2: Actually, 3 seperate nuclear safety groups have accessed the threat to Indian Point nuclear facility as EXTREME. It was included in the first areas to have a no fly zone established on 09/11/01 because of its high vulnerability. IN FACT, the hijacked airplane that crashed into the north tower of the WTC on 09/11 used the Hudson valley as a navigation point, flying directly past (read: within seconds of) Indian Point. If the 09/11 terrorists had not been so focused on the WTC they
Its ok, you dont have to apologize for being incorrect.
Because the world was so safe before we invaded Iraq. I think people crashing airplanes into buildings and shooting children is safe. The "lawless invasion" of Iraq was actually quite legal. I suggest you read through the online archives of the UN Security Council, specifically the 117 resolutions dealing with Iraqi sanctions and inspections. This invasion wasnt just overdue, it couldnt be anymore legal. BTW, Im not certain what fibbible material is, but different US administr
Welcome to the Republic of The United States of America. Prepare to be conquered. Sounds sort of funny when you say it aloud, and yet it is to the point. The United States of America, which I so dearly love, is an Empire. We are an Empire of ideas, of culture, of entertainment and philosiphy. And we will conquer you. We may or may not invade your country. We may or may not remove your leader from power. We may or may not engage your country in an 'economic race' to bankrup
Over the past few months I've seen the Democrats cry foul everytime President Bush or Vice President Cheney talk about an attack on our homeland, and it's time someone put this into perspecitive. Let's look at why the American public SHOULD be afraid, and what the most important issue of this election really is: Biochemical or nuclear attack within the borders of the United States of America. Consider this scenario: Militant jihadists aligned with any of the multiple anti-Ameri
