I have the same problem with purchases. Stardock always shows my WinCustomize subscription expired when it is not. No discount on purchases for the last year. Gave up on customer support at Stardock; sent them proof of purchase and all I got back were nonsensical replies.

If I don't log in, I don't get any adds?? Plus Stardock refuses to acknowledge I paid for my WinCustomize subscription and will not respond to any emails I send.
