It really is a great idea not to boot people from normal games. I'm new and I have been kicked out multiple times in various games. The problem is that you don't get kicked out instanty, but you wait for 10 min until the game fills up, then people trash-talk for another 10 min until a new buddy joins the channel and the booting starts.
