Both up to date, fresh reinstalls off Impulse.
That fixed the runtime error, but I'm still getting the minidump error. I unzip the mod into 1.03, delete the 1.04 version, run the mod updater, set it to convert the 1.03 mod into the 1.04 version. I then open the manifest maker, click to make a entity manifests, make sure mod, sins, and entrenchment are selected, click work on the mod and exit. I boot up entrenchment, enable mod, hit update, and that f-ing minidump error pops up again. I feel quite daft but I've scoured this thread and the
Yep, followed the instructions point for point. Now, as I try to do it again I'm getting a 'run time error 76, path not found' dialog before the mod updater crashes. This happens no matter the path I choose, so I'm even more confused.
I followed the instructions Harpo posted, but when I went to enable the mod it crashed to desktop with the same minidump error. I completely deleted the mod, re downloaded it and tried again, same problem. Suggestions?
No joy; I can get maps I download to work properly but placing them in the correct folder etc, but the maps I make still don't show up. Furthermore, Galaxy Forge is giving me an error when I try to open a map I DLed (which I did to see if I could resave them and make that work), forcing me to quit or continue without opening the map. What the hell did I do wrong?
I'm asking this with the appropriate amount of sheepish embarassment. I downloaded GF and spent an hour or two learning the interface, making a galaxy map, feeling pleased with myself. However, try as I might I can't seem to make the map I made show up in the map selection screen for a new game. I've added it to the galaxy.manifest file, upped the count by one, put it in every /galaxy folder I could fine, and nothing. I'm at wits ends here, and I'm sure it's something o
