Right click and drag to create fence not working in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I have Fences v1.00.2787 installed on my Windows 7 Ultimate RTM x86 laptop. Fences has been working perfectly for some months until earlier this week when ability to right-click and drag to create a fence stopped working for me. Now, if I right-click on the desktop and drag, no rectangle is drawn, and when I release the mouse button I just see the usual desktop menu appear, with no option to create a new fence. <p
