Intel sells chips. the target audience for this reference design are OEMs. there might be some manufacturer that maybe builds a tablet that looks similar (although probably thicker and heavier as a battery needs to last longer than the 2.5 hrs of the first Surface Pro). you will not be able to buy this or any other tablet by Intel though.

might be related to the user's locale (my guess is zh-CN). the use of non-Windows-standard interfaces (kinda seems like Stardock wants to avoid it's progams being skinned by WindowBlinds) might be problematic on non-Latin locales.

just saw that one of the main features is "cleaning" the app cache. people should better think twice before doing that. first of all, Android is not Windows. Android cleans the app cache itself if the space would be required (so that's similar bullshit as "memory cleaning" for Windows). second, if you remove something from the app cache you'll have to download it again and this will not only make your user experience slower, but also, depending on your data pla
