Has the WB 5/6 IR-receiver bug been fixed in this one? I also ask this,I would rather know before I install WB6 again as I don't want to go through all of that BSOD rigmarole again. Is the IR receiver bug fixed? Thanks.
you got that backwards Ok so the question was 'what skins do you have',and the first answer from Zubaz, then Murex, then Starkers was relating to digitized music. Skins --- Music. Hehe maybe the thread looks different here. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Laugh

Hey thanks for this Zoomba. I've used OOo for ages which is excellent,so I would hope this Lotus (as it is based on OOo) will be at least as good. Hi Terpfan, you really do have my sympathy if people you give advice/instruction to choose to ignore it and go ahead and install unwanted software regardless.I bow to your superior knowledge of such things, but cripes it sounds like a bit of a nightmare. Whatever happened to employees just doing as they are told(or shown)? Hey Phoon,I had no idea what RTFM meant until I looked it up just now,lol <img src="http
I use MST defrag. It's small, runs in the background and uses miniscule resources. -MST Defrag-
Hi Gideon, hope Monday finds you well. I understand what you mean about the varying degrees of peoples expertise, but what has gone so wrong in the workplace that some people(including Sociology instructors ) just can't seem to follow instructions anymore, either from yourself (in your capacity as tech.support) or from the on-
Because I'm the systems admin for many systems, not just my own, and because the users that use those systems many times have absolutely no clue what they should accept and install and what they shouldn't. Terpfan, surely then, this is not a software box checking/unchecking problem.I mean even my 10 year old nephew knows how to check/uncheck boxes to stop things installing which he doesn't want or isn't supposed to install. Sounds more like a staff pro
