That's why I haven't given up. My new PC should be here in a week--- 2.4Ghz, 512Mb, and a 128Mb Nvidia card running XP Pro. I hope (and expect) to have much better results. I really like the whole Stardock package and will be more than happy to become a customer if the software is reliable.
Thanks, but I did a poor job of explaining myself. I'm running NextStart and would like to eliminate the "bars" altogether. If I select the "Start Bar" button after opening up NextStart preferences and then deselect the following: Start Button, Task List, Quick Launch, and System Tray, I'm still left with the "bar" and some goofy Start Button icon. I would like to eliminate all of this. Thanks for the help.
I'm running Windows 98. I've looked at a bunch of skins that don't have the "Start Bar" and "Task Bar" visible on the screen shot. Is it possible to "hide" these bars when using a skin? If so, can't someone please let me know how this is done? Thanks for any help and remember I'm using Win 98.
Looking for wallpaper help. When I download a WB skin, more times than not, the wallpaper will not load with the skin. In some instances, the wallpaper included is a .jpg file and I can't seem to get this to load via the display settings OR using WindowBlinds itself. I should mention that I'm using Windows 98, don't know if this matters. Some skins do load the wallpaper, but not many. Thanks for any help.
